I watched the "Cops" revisited. It showed me how to pixilate the face of a person in a video in Final Cut.

I watched the podcast "Motion-Caffeinated Text". This podcast teaches how to make your text animated. This way, your text can kind of jump around and shake like it does in some commercials. I thought it was actually really cool. In Motion, you can just record the moves that you make on your screen so you just move the text around in circles. Then you loop that and it just moves around over and over. You can also add a "blur" effect to make it look more effective.

I watched "Final Cut Pro-Using the Vector Shape Generator." I chose this because I need to learn more about Final Cut. This video taught me how to make shapes around areas of the video that a person might want to point out. The process was very easy and added an interesting effect to the film.

I watched the podcast Get on the Bus which deals with managing audio. In this case a bus is something that allows you to carry and manage audio. It showed how to 'add bus' the certain parts of the audio and in the podcast's case it was to the percussion. You can label your buses so you remember why you added them. It allows you to apply an effect to audio that you selected. After sending your effect to the audio want you can make a play range. Then you can play your new added effects to the music!

For my podcasts I watched Watermark in Final Cut Pro. It showed you how to create an elegant watermark, without distracting or taking away from the video or photo. For your font, you want to do it in 3D, therefore it sticks out more. You then need to choose a simple text and bold seems to look better than not bold. Before you make your watermark, you need to add a drop shadow. You have to be sure to change your opacity to roughly 60%. You can also save your new word text as an actual text, so you can use it again. Watermarking is a really simple, cool way to make your text really jump out at your viewers eye!

The podcast that I watched was 'Watermark in Final Cut Pro'. This podcast was on how to watermark your work which means how to copyright your work. I learned how to create the name, how to use shadow, bold ,and style. I also learn about the different creative styles for your font. If you wont the font on top you have to place it in the track above your video, and also make sure your type is bold enough to see over your video layer. In this podcast I have learned a lot about final cut pro, I still have a lot more to learn but I feel a little more comfortable with it..

I watched the Motion-Caffeinated Text video. I thought this was really cool because it taught me how to make the texts move around and you can also add different effects to it. First you just record the movements then add effects and then you have your own moving texts!

The podcast I watched was "Get on the Bus" It explained how to get tracks on a bus. Which is basically routing your tracks. This enables you to add effects to the tracks. To use this tool you go to the Multitrack tab at the top and then to Add Bus. After that you can go to the effects button and add some cool effects to the tracks you have in the bus. I thought this was helpful, so that in the future I will know how to add effects to specific tracks and not have to add the same effect to all of them!

I watched the "Motion-Caffeinated Text" podcast. I thought this was really interesting because it showed me how to make your text animated. You can make them move or jump around. You can also create a shape and have the text move in that same shape!
